Irregular Shipping Times - Unprecedented Issues
While USPS may be facing strain during these unprecedented times, our long-standing relationship with the shipping provider remains strong, as we continue to offer our customers free shipping. As we continue to monitor this ever-changing situation, we want to address some of the questions you may have, particularly around our shipping policies and protections for you.
Standard Delivery (Domestic/U.S. 50 States) is included in free shipping and usually takes 5-8 business days, but due to the current unprecedented times, shipping may be delayed.

How do I know if my order has been impacted?
Your order may be impacted if tracking for the order shows, “In Transit, Arriving Late.”
Why is there no tracking information for my purchase?
USPS can take some time to scan packages into their mail stream and update the tracking information. We ask that you allow 7 business days from the time the package was dropped off at your local post office or mail box for the tracking information to update.
I haven’t received any new tracking updates for my order, what can I do?
In the event that tracking stops and there are no additional updates 14 days from the last tracking update, please contact us at: email@example.com
Rest assured, we have a solution in place in the event that there are no further tracking updates.
In most cases, tracking may stop for a few days due to a minor delay, but will typically continue to update as the package is en route to its destination.
Normal Shipping Times
All orders within the U.S. 50 states receive free shipping.
Orders are made fresh to order, packed and shipped within four business days of receipt. Order confirmation emails are sent once order is placed, (please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org if an order is placed and you have not received an order confirmation email).
Standard Delivery (Domestic/U.S. 50 States) is included in free shipping and usually takes 5-8 business days.
Priority Mail Delivery (Domestic/U.S. 50 States) is $8.80 per 1/2 lb and usually takes 3 business days.
Priority Mail Express Delivery (Domestic/U.S. 50 States) is $30.00 and is usually received 1-2 business days.
International Delivery Flat Rate $25.00 USD (Standard First Class Tracked International Delivery) time varies from country to country so allow from 6-15 business days depending on your country of origin.
ALL order deliveries are traceable and a tracking number is uploaded and an email will be received upon order shipping.
Conditions of Sale
If you are not happy with your purchase, we will accept a return of an unused, unopened product, in its original condition, within 14 days.
GUIDELINES OF RETURN
Products must be unopened & unused & in their original condition.
If return guidelines are not met, products will be retained and it is the buyers responsibility to collect or arrange to have them posted back to them.
We DO NOT offer exchanges.
Once we receive the returned item, Pop Cosmetics Shop will then give a full refund (excluding shipping as we are unable to refund the initial shipping cost of your order).
Please allow 1-2 weeks for your return to be processed.
Discounted items are not eligible for a return.
Pop Cosmetics Shop will not issue refunds for products purchased through other entities, such as distributors or retail partners.
Returned items must be delivered to us unused, in original packaging and in the condition they were received or may not be eligible for refund or be subject to a restocking fee. We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipment, therefore we recommend an insured and trackable mail service.
We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the item(s) or proof of received return delivery.
We aim to accept all returns. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you. All goods will be inspected on return.
Can I cancel my order?
Once an order is placed, cancellation will only be accepted if it has not yet been shipped. Once shipping has occurred, we are unable to make any changes to the order unfortunately. Once received you are more than welcome to return the product to us abiding by the above guidelines
